Shipping Policy

The shopping cart automatically computes shipping costs and is linked directly into the shipping calculators for UPS. Shipping costs are based on weight, distance traveled, and class of service requested. We reserve the right to notify you after you've purchased an item of any additional shipping or handling charges necessary to deliver your order. If notified of any additional charges, you will also have the right to modify or cancel your order for a full refund.

We wrap entire palettes / boxes. We try our best to get your order ship out within 12 to 48 business hours of your order being placed. Orders placed over the weekend are received and processed first thing Monday morning.

Please inspect all shipments carefully for damaged or missing items before signing for them. Claims are often denied by the carrier after a shipment has been signed for. Please report any damages or missing items to the driver and us immediately!

 

Returns & Replacements

We can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from KYGardensupplies.com. Shipping cost will pay by customer for return items. You can also cancel items that have not been shipped yet. To cancel an order that has not yet shipped, please call our customer service department immediately. Once an item or an order has been shipped it cannot be canceled, and you will have to process a general return.

 

Return policy:

All returned merchandise must be in resalable condition

The product must be free from scratches and/or defects

The product must not have been installed or used in any way

You must have the original packaging for the item

There are no returns on special order items.

Returns or exchanges can only be made within 30 days of receiving your product(s)

Merchandise must have not been damaged in freight transit

20% restocking fee will be charged on all returned merchandise, unless defective or damaged.

Some defected items customer must call manufacture directly for support or replacement.

Contact our returns department by email: Sale@KY-Wholesale.com / KYcustomers@yahoo.com. or call 916-383-3366 to set up the return and initiate processing. Once you have set up your return ,you will be e-mailed an RMA number within 3-5 business days. Along with this return number you will receive a ship-to address where you must send your merchandise to. Be sure to include your RMA number with your merchandise. This number will be used to guarantee you receive your credit. Note: we are not responsible for your lost if any return product to us without an RMA number.

Include all original packing materials, manuals and accessories with the product.

We recommend items be returned via UPS, FedEx, or other insured parcel post for proof of delivery. Please be certain that items are secure in their packaging so damage does not occur while they are in transit back to our warehouse.

You are responsible for all freight charges. However, you will be credited all reasonable and customary freight charges relevant to that item if product is defective or the wrong item was shipped.

Items received past the return period plus reasonable shipping time may not be processed.

 

Refunds

We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. Please note: we will refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.

Please allow 5-20 days for processing. Refunds will be credited to the original purchasing credit card account number only.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDER POLICY 

International orders are final sale. No returns, non-refundable after the order has shipped out. 

All international orders require signature upon delivery. Please track your order to have the delivery date for your order at your billing address. Or, you can pick it up at your local shipping company that has provided your shipment tracking number. 

If you miss the first delivery attempt, your driver will leave a USPS/UPS InfoNotice indicating a delivery attempt has been made. Call them to reschedule delivery or pick it up at your local shipping department. 

After 2 delivery attempts, your order will be returned back to us if you miss the final notice from the shipping company. You will pay us back for all shipping costs that we have paid for your order. We cannot refund shipping charges. 

Any additional fees for returned packages will be charged to the customer. 

If returning any electronic or defective equipment, shipping costs must be paid by customer. Be sure that you return your defective equipment within the manufacturer’s warranty period. We will follow our vendor’s processing policy after we have received the item. Please note that our vendor may take 30 to 60 days time frame.

Email and phone number MUST be provided, otherwise we cannot ship out your order!
